Buy Telkom airtime via M-Pesa:

5. Enter your M-Pesa PIN and confirm
Alternative — Buy Goods/direct top-up:
• Dial *334# on your Telkom line, select the airtime/M-Pesa top-up option if available, and follow prompts.
For Telkom postpaid bill payments, the same Pay Bill number (220220) works — just use your Telkom account/phone number as the account reference.
A confirmation SMS from both Safaricom and Telkom should arrive within seconds. If the paybill number has changed recently, check the Telkom Kenya app or dial 100 (Telkom customer care) to confirm before sending a large amount.
